Hybrid Maintenance chez Ancora Education

A successful Custodian is responsible for the cleanliness, upkeep, and presentation of the campus facilities. The successful candidate will effectively maintain the facility, will help to create a positive environment, and will have a strong customer service focus, both for students and staff.

 ESSENTIAL FUNCTION

Manage and maintain all Custodial needs

Cleaning

Restocking of supplies

Manage supply use and identify need for/submit orders as required

Take on or assist with projects as needed at the direction of the Executive Director

Communicate effectively in both oral and written form

Establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of work assignments.

Perform preventative maintenance

Follow and comply with all safety and work rules and regulations.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Working knowledge of the Custodial trade

Sufficient strength and physical dexterity to perform duties and responsibilities of job, including heavy lifting

PREFERRED:

High School Diploma or GED

5 years varied custodial/maintenance experience
