Job Summary:

The Junior Producer plays a vital executional role in both campaign and e-commerce production, ensuring that all shoot logistics are secured and deliverables remain on schedule. This hands-on position is responsible for managing communication with vendors and cross-functional teams, maintaining production documentation, and overseeing the day-to-day setup necessary to bring photoshoots to life.

Working closely with the Creative Producer and Ecom Producer, the Junior Producer assists in prepping essential materials, tracking production costs, and ensuring timely progress. A key focus of this role is the accurate tracking and coordination of product samples, involving consistent communication with internal teams and external partners to support strict production timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

ECOM:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of samples from arrival to return, ensuring seamless coordination with cross-functional teams including creative, marketing, e-commerce, and merchandising.
  • Maintain detailed records of all sample-related communication via email, ensuring traceability and accountability.
  • Proactively track pull requests, drops, changes, and late arrivals to ensure sample readiness and availability.

Photoshoot Preparation:

  • Work closely with Producer to confirm shoot readiness—samples, props, collateral—based on changing priorities and last-minute updates.
  • Proactively identify upcoming sample needs and coordinate in advance to avoid delays or disruptions in the production workflow.
  • Pull, prep, and deliver samples to flats photographers and ensure timely return for studio shoots.

File and Asset Management:

  • Ensure that all digital assets (e.g., images, shoot folders, collateral) are filed properly—renaming files and dropping them into correct folders for easy retrieval.
  • Coordinate file sharing across departments and ensure delivery meets branding and technical requirements.
  • Retrieve archived or cross-functional assets as requested, aiding internal teams in staying organized and on schedule.

Cacmpaign:

  • Coordinate production logistics: location scouting, permits, third-party partners, etc.
  • Liaise with existing external vendors.
  • Responsible for casting new talent, with prior approval from Creative Producer.
  • Prep shoot materials including call sheets, shot lists and pre-pro decks.
  • Track individual quotes and support ongoing budget updates.
  • Own team, crew, and model travel (flights, rooms, etc.)
  • Monitor on-set logistics and help ensure smooth execution during shoots.
  • Flag issues and progress updates to the Creative Producer.
  • Assist with content delivery and post-production tasks as directed (ie on set video deliverables deck and review assets as requested by Sr Ops Manager for QC).
  • Coordinate sample management, on-set ECOM support, and post-shoot file/asset organization.

Cross-Department Collaboration:

  • Act as a central point of contact for sample-related and asset-related coordination across departments.
  • Maintain tight, ongoing communication with merchandising, creative, and marketing to align on inventory, delivery windows, and shoot needs.
  • Keep internal records up to date and accessible, reflecting the real-time status of samples and digital files.
  • When campaign and ecom shoots are scheduled simultaneously, you'll be assigned to the shoot based on production needs and direction from the team.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Must have experience working on photoshoots
  • Experience with model casting, location scouting, and vendor communication
  • Bonus: Fashion Week experience
