ITnova is seeking a Project Coordinator to support project management activities, ensuring smooth coordination of tasks and deliverables.

Duties:

  • Assist project managers in planning, execution, and monitoring of IT projects.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, schedules, and reports.
  • Track progress of project deliverables and update stakeholders.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Support risk and issue tracking, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational project standards.

Education: A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.

Preferred Certifications: CAPM, Agile Fundamentals.

General Experience: Four (4) years of experience in project support or coordination.

Specialized Experience:

  • At least two (2) years of experience supporting IT project teams.
  • Familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
