SUMMARY OF JOB:

This position assumes responsibility assisting the Resident Manager with the daily operations of the Cedar Views residential units. Responsible for the processing of accounts payable, residential rent, and file maintenance. This person will perform secretarial functions and provide administrative support to the Cedar Views and The Villages at Pine Valley staff in a professional and confidential manner.  This includes assisting with residential sales to qualified older adults when needed. This person must be an effective communicator with the ability to work with older adults.  The Administrative Assistant will serve as a back up when the Resident Manager is out of the office or are with an appointment. This person will be responsible for utilizing all computer software to support the operation.

RECRUITMENT REQUIREMENTS:

High School graduate

Two years of office experience preferred

Proficient computer skills to include basic Microsoft Office skills

Experience and/or ability to use or learn programs such Point Click Care (PCC) CRM

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Ability to prioritize multiple tasks from several people

Posses a valid driver’s license and access to a car.

Available to be flexible occasionally with scheduling including evenings and weekends
