Ready to join a US Best Managed Company? KENT Worldwide™ is hiring a West Region Sales Manager for Sqwincher, our hydration-focused division within consumer brands. This is a rare opportunity to step into a key role as we plan for an upcoming retirement—perfect for a driven sales professional ready to make an impact. You’ll lead sales growth through distributors and end-users in the Industrial channel across the West Region, helping expand a trusted brand in a thriving market.

  • The successful candidate will ideally reside in the Phoenix area, Southern California and/or Las Vegas area near a major airport.
  • The successful candidate will be eligible for a company vehicle, and while not travelling will work out of their home office.
  • The compensation range for this position is $100,000 - 120,000 annually. Pay is commensurate to experience and location.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Manage and grow relationships with distributors and end-users across a multi-state territory, driving channel strategies and meeting sales goals
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of targeted end users; conduct daily face-to-face calls and lead business reviews with key accounts
  • Collaborate with the Director of Industrial Sales to assess opportunities, prioritize accounts, and develop territory sales plans
  • Coordinate with National Account Managers and distributor partners to align efforts and execute growth initiatives
  • Train, support, and direct Independent Manufacturer’s Representatives to drive territory performance
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Sqwincher’s Hydration Health & Safety 365 program, product portfolio, and promotional initiatives
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, manage sales forecasts and inventory, and resolve product quality or payment issues promptly
  • Participate in company sales meetings and industry events to stay aligned with business goals and market trends

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND/OR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associate or Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred
  • 5 years of sales and 2 years of sales management experience preferred                       
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
  • Experience working with Industrial Safety Equipment Manufacturers a plus
  • Key relationship/contacts within the Industrial Channel are necessary (Manufacturing Plants, Utility Companies, Municipalities, and Construction Companies)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  • Proficient in daily use of CRM System
  • Ability to excel in a team environment
  • Must demonstrate self-motivation at a high level of independence
  • Candidates must have a valid driver’s license
  • Work remotely from home and live in close proximity to a major airport

TRAVEL: 

  • 60% travel - position requires weekly travel of 2-3 nights out
