Hybrid Plant Financial Controller chez Cummins Filtration Inc.

• Manage monthly and quarterly financial reporting processes and lead finance communication across the entity.
• Develop and present financial analysis to business partners.
• Oversee the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and forecast processes.
• Provide leadership to the business to help meet cost and working capital targets.
• Manage the development of a strong control environment across key business cycles.
• Work with business partners to ensure processes are efficient and cost-effective to improve profitability.
• Partner with business leaders to create operational efficiencies, driving continuous improvements and growth initiatives.
• Provide financial support to ensure compliance with governmental, regulatory, or local requirements, such as tax and statutory accounting.
• Lead financial analysis on capital projects and manage the overall capital management process at the entity level.
• Allocate financial resources to support business initiatives, including accounts receivable collections, managing inventory, and payables.
• Coach and mentor all entity finance staff.
• Assign work based on availability, skills, and developmental needs.
• Assess performance and provide feedback to direct reports.
   

Education

• College, university, or equivalent degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required. 
• Certified Public Accountant, Certified Management Accountant, Chartered Accountant or similar certification preferred.

Experience

• 2+ years of management experience.
• 6+ years of financial analysis experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with Oracle ERP, Tableau, and Microsoft tools.
• Experience with standard cost controls and cost reduction projects.
• Experience in budgeting and forecasting.
• Experience tracking KPIs.
• Capital investment experience is a plus.

Base salary range: $102, 700 - $154,050
Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. The final salary offer will be determined after considering relevant factors, including a candidate’s qualifications and experience, where appropriate.
