Paladin Security Group is looking for reliable, professional, and motivated individuals to join our team as Security Guards at Belleville General Hospital. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in healthcare security while building a foundation for a long-term career in law enforcement or protective services.

📍 Belleville, ON | 💼 Part-Time | 💰 $18.94/hour

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct proactive and reactive security patrols
• Respond to incidents and provide assistance as needed
• Write detailed reports and investigate routine incidents
• Enforce parking, smoking, and other by-laws
• Promote policy awareness and enforcement
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

Must Have Criteria:

• Valid Ontario Security Guard License
• Valid First Aid & CPR – Level C certification
• Proof of minimum double COVID-19 vaccination
• Immunization records: MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella), Varicella, and TB Skin Tests (Step 1 & 2)
• Valid G License and reliable working vehicle in good repair
• Ability to commute to Kingston for pre-deployment training
• Ability to site-train at all 4 QHC facilities (Belleville, Trenton, Picton, Bancroft)
• Must be or be able to become N95 Mask Fit tested
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Legally authorized to work in Canada

Nice to Have (Optional):

• Certifications in Use of Force (UoF) and/or Management of Aggressive Behaviour (MOAB)
• Willingness to complete Paladin’s UoF/MOAB training program if not already certified
• Commitment to remain in the position for at least 6 months following training
