Job Description
This role is based at our Corporate Office in Menomonee Falls, WI. You’ll work onsite from Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays.
About the Role
In this role, you will lead media campaign reporting, analysis and support campaign execution across a dedicated channel. They ensure that the integrity, timeliness and effectiveness of these campaigns are achieved. They are also responsible for campaign communication, internal reviews and providing solution recommendations going forward.
What You’ll Do
Media Campaign Reporting & Analysis
Research, evaluate and analyze data to make optimization recommendations
Lead the invoice reconciliation process and oversee the creation of performance reports. Shares insights and recommendations regarding the performance reports with key cross-functional partners
Own campaign set up and launches
Analyze media plans to optimize effectiveness and recommend opportunities to improve efficiency and impact
Communication
Lead the communication of key media campaign information and updates to cross-functional partners
Serve as an informal mentor to coordinators across the Media team
Continuously gather feedback from peers and Managers across the team regarding project/process opportunities and solution recommendations. Share these insights with leadership.
Suggest and leads the development of process improvements and new procedures
Project Execution
Partner with Media Leads to plan and execute media campaigns
Actively achieve program results through project execution and post execution support
Own internal review meetings, content and follow up
Collaborate with internal partners to identify key feedback, solution recommendations and key action items coming out of internal reviews
Additional tasks may be assigned as necessary
What Skills You Have
Required
3+ years relevant media experience
Exceptional ability to work independently in a fast-paced organization
Thrives in a team environment to accomplish objectives
Ability to independently follow complex documentation
Proficiency using Word, Excel, and Google Drive Products
Demonstrates strong organizational, time management and communication skills
Ability to work in a buying technology
Preferred
Previous agency experience
Degree in communications, journalism/advertising and/or marketing communications
