Job Title - Sr. Endpoint Admin
Work Mode- Onsite (Euless,TX)
Work Time - 8 AM - 5 PM CST
Position Summary:
We are seeking a Sr. IT Endpoint Administrator to provide day-to-day administration and oversee project and operational efforts in a multi-server, multi-tenant environment, managing and optimizing endpoint computing environment. Must have excellent ability to utilize problem-solving and communication skills.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (May perform any or all of the following):
- Work in complex endpoint environment, including cross-platform support, cloud integrations, mobile device management, and advanced security needs.
- Handle day-to-day administration and guide the long-term endpoint strategy and contribute to infrastructure modernization initiatives.
- Directly support business continuity, cybersecurity resilience, and workforce productivity.
- Help close critical gaps in device management, ensure enterprise-wide policy enforcement, and support the organization’s long-term digital transformation goals.
- Oversee a variety of endpoint devices, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and other endpoints, to ensure their reliability, security, and performance.
- Implement and maintain endpoint management solutions, resolve complex technical issues, and provide leadership in endpoint management practices.
- Oversee and manage project and operational efforts regarding installs, configurations, monitoring, tuning, operating systems, and application software.
- Maintain and update policies and procedures related to areas of responsibility.
Required Experience: - 5+ years of Experience with the following endpoint management tools and technologies (MDM) - SCCM, Intune, Defender and JAMF or ADM.
- Experience providing server and operating system support, maintenance, and administration.
- Experience providing virtualization and hardware support, maintenance, and administration.
- Customer service and support application experience.
- Experience with UNIX, Android, IOS, Mac OS, and LINUX server operating systems.
- Experience with Cloud infrastructure e.g. Azure
- Experience with IT policy deployment
- Experience with security protocols and best practices for endpoint security.
- Experience with endpoint administration or a similar.
- Experience and proficiency in scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, etc.).
Preferred Education: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, or a related field.
Preferred Certification: - MCSE
- CompTIA Security+
- Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Manager
