The Part-Time Office Intern will assist with day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks to keep our office running smoothly. This role is perfect for a student or early-career professional looking to build practical office skills in a supportive environment.
The responsibilities of this role include:
· Providing general administrative support including filing, scanning, and data entry
· Assisting with organizing documents, records, and office supplies
· Answering and directing phone calls, emails, or messages as needed
· Supporting scheduling and calendar management tasks
· Assisting with customer communications and follow-ups when required
· Preparing reports, spreadsheets, and other documents as directed
· Helping with special projects and office initiatives as assigned
Requirements
· Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required)
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Workspace
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
