We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Outside Sales Consultant to join the MY Shower Door team. You’ll play a key role in helping homeowners and contractors select, customize, and install high-quality frameless shower enclosures. If you enjoy blending precision with customer service, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home consultations to measure and assess shower enclosure installations.
- Recommend products and finishes aligned with customer needs and aesthetics.
- Convert in-field measurements into accurate specs for fabrication and installation.
- Prepare and deliver estimates, close sales, and manage the customer journey.
- Collaborate with showroom staff, operations, and installation teams for a seamless experience.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong mechanical aptitude and spatial awareness – you can visualize and plan custom installations in real time.
- Comfortable working with fractions and field measurements – accuracy matters here.
- A personable, persuasive communicator – you build trust, explain details clearly, and close confidently.
- Self-starter who’s organized, punctual, and thrives on accountability.
- A commitment to craftsmanship and detail – you take pride in getting it right.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous sales experience in home services, construction, remodeling, or design
- Comfort using CRM tools and digital scheduling
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
