Hybrid Associate Sales Enablement Specialist chez None

We’re looking for a strategic, creative, and tech-savvy Sales Enablement Specialist to join our Sales Enablement team. In this role, you’ll collaborate with teammates and cross-functional partners to deliver impactful enablement programs, content, and tools that empower our sales organization to perform at its best.

You’ll contribute to the management and optimization of our enablement platform and other sales technologies, support content creation and design, and lead or support key initiatives that improve seller productivity and engagement. This is a highly collaborative role that blends project management, content strategy, process improvement, and technology enablement.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Technology & Enablement Platform Support

• Collaborate with the team to manage and optimize our sales enablement platform and related tools, ensuring content is organized, accessible, and aligned with sales needs.
• Support the rollout and adoption of new sales technologies, helping the team stay ahead of evolving tools and platforms.
• Partner with Sales Operations and Training to align tools with seller workflows and drive effective usage.
• Monitor platform usage and contribute to ongoing improvements in structure and engagement.

Content Strategy & Design

• Create, curate, and maintain sales content that supports buyer journeys and sales stages.
• Apply instructional design principles to develop engaging, on-brand materials.
• Ensure content is measurable, up-to-date, and easily accessible through enablement tools.

Project Management

• Lead or support cross-functional enablement projects from planning to execution.
• Coordinate timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables to ensure successful rollouts.
• Track and report on enablement KPIs and program effectiveness.

Process Documentation & Continuous Improvement

• Document internal and external sales processes and enablement workflows.
• Identify gaps and inefficiencies, and propose scalable, tech-enabled solutions.
• Help maintain a centralized repository of enablement documentation and resources.
