RAYUS Radiology is looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team. We are challenging the status quo by shining light on radiology and making it a critical first step in diagnosis and proper treatment. Come join us and shine brighter together! As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be responsible for supporting the Accounts Payable department, including email, USPS mail, and mailing of refund checks. This is a part-time hybrid position requiring 24 hours per week, with a flexible schedule from Monday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, including one day a week onsite. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

(80%) Accounts Payable Support

• Answer Accounts Payable group e-mails and phone calls received internally and externally
• Open and distribute the department mail
• Contact vendors to pay invoices via purchasing-card
• Contact new vendors for W-9’s and business agreements, if applicable
• Assist with monthly purchasing-card statement audits
• Review all vendor statements, ensuring all accounts are up to date
• Assist with monthly purchasing-card reconciliations

(10%) Tax Payment Support 

• Process unclaimed property as requested by the tax department
• Process tax department incurred professional service invoices

(10%) Perform other tasks as assigned
