We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead the design and development of end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules. This role requires deep technical and functional expertise, with a strong emphasis on solution architecture, scoping, effort estimation, and pricing.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the architectural design of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and other modules.
Collaborate with sales, delivery, and pre-sales teams to develop proposals, define scope, and craft tailored ServiceNow solutions.
Drive the creation of high-quality pricing models and cost estimates based on technical solutions and customer requirements.
Participate in customer meetings to understand needs, propose ServiceNow capabilities, and design scalable, extensible solutions.
Prepare architecture documents, high-level designs, and solution blueprints.
Own the solution sign-off process and ensure alignment between business goals, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
Guide development teams during implementation to ensure adherence to the approved architecture.
Stay up to date with ServiceNow platform enhancements and roadmap.

Required Qualifications:
7+ years of ServiceNow experience, with at least 2 years as a Solution Architect.
Deep knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, architecture, and modules like ITSM, ITOM, HR, SecOps, or GRC.
Proven experience in creating technical proposals, estimates, and solution documentation.
Experience working with both offshore and onshore delivery models.
Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.
Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (mandatory); CIS in one or more modules preferred.
Experience in Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.

Nice to Have:
ITIL Foundation Certification.
Experience with ServiceNow cost modeling and licensing structures
