Where you’ll work…

Our corporate headquarters is located in Milwaukee’s Menomonee River Valley at Villa Palermo – a state-of-the-industry manufacturing facility with onsite bakery operations, robotic packaging lines, and 24-hour shipping and receiving.

What you’ll do…

• Monitor customer accounts and aging reports to ensure timely collections
• Apply cash receipts and research unapplied payments
• Identify and resolve account discrepancies
• Collaborate with sales and other departments to support accurate invoicing and deduction management
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in our ERP system
• Process and track deductions through Trade Promotion Management (TPM) software
• Generate reports and provide account updates as needed

What you’ll bring…

• 3–5 years of Accounts Receivable experience
• Strong attention to detail with excellent research and reconciliation skills
• Good written and verbal communication abilities
• Solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with ERP systems and TPM software preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
