Hybrid Physical Therapist 1 or 2, Per Diem - Float - Outpatient chez UCLA Health

Primary functions are to provide applicable physical therapy care for patients with various diagnoses.  Major duties include:  patient evaluation, patient treatment, documentation requirements, maintains expected productivity levels (including special assignments). The position will float to various rehab clinics in Century City, Burbank and Olympic. More than 5 years of licensed PT experience qualifies for PT 2, Per Diem title Position may convert to career.
