We’re seeking a driven Education Programs Coordinator to grow our education programs that help advance Bay East members’ success as real estate professionals. This individual would manage live and virtual classes, recruit and support expert instructors, and ensure our learning platforms and events run seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities
Education Program
- Host dynamic live and virtual classes that inspire engagement and deliver measurable value to members.
- Partner with the Education Director to identify and onboard high-caliber instructors.
- Coordinate with instructors, manage class logistics (Zoom setup, onsite events), and ensure a smooth learner experience from registration to post-class surveys.
- Collaborate in managing the Broker Concierge Program white-label courses, dashboards, and speaker bookings.
- Plan and execute 3–4 high-impact offsite education events annually.
- Utilize Association Management System (AMS) and synchronized with the Learning Management System (LMS) to manage the education experience.
- Keep the online education catalog fresh, compelling, and current.
- Organize and promote events that connect commercial professionals and spark collaboration.
- Market and grow participation in commercial education offerings.
- Manage the Global Recertification process annually.
Work Group & Global Program Support
- Drive execution of Affiliate and Global work group initiatives, including events and educational components.
- Provide administrative support to work groups to keep projects moving forward.

Additional Details
- In-office Requirement: 4 days per week.
- Travel: Periodic off-site event travel required. Must hold a valid California Driver’s License, active auto insurance, and have a clean driving record.
