You’ll be the first and last point of contact for customers, playing a crucial role in shaping their journey from the moment they walk into the moment they leave. Key Responsibilities:

 

Customer Interaction & Experience

  • Greet every customer warmly and authentically as they enter and exit the store
  • Provide exceptional service at the point of sale and throughout the store visit
  • Guide customers through current promotions, loyalty programs, and in-store navigation
  • Answer inquiries with professionalism and product awareness

 

Transaction Management

  • Operate the POS system efficiently and accurately
  • Handle purchases, returns, exchanges, and customer concerns with grace and clarity
  • Follow proper procedures for cash handling and store policies

 

Store Presentation & Support

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked front-end environment
  • Support visual merchandising and promotional displays in the cash area
  • Restock impulse and grab-and-go products regularly

 

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with team members and managers to ensure a seamless and unified store experience
  • Support store events, wellness demos, and customer education initiatives as needed
  • Contribute positively to the team culture by offering ideas, energy, and support

 

Training & Compliance

  • Completion of required Lessonly training modules
  • Ongoing participation in workshops and brand education sessions to stay current on wellness trends and company initiatives
  • Help drive in-store wellness events, product demos, and customer workshops.
  • Demonstrated commitment to attendance, punctuality, team collaboration, and reliability

  • Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 0-1 years of experience in a retail or customer-facing environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Comfortable using point-of-sale systems and technology
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
  • Available for flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods
