As a Partner you will be expected to build strong relationships within the Ipsos organization across the globe but with particular focus on the UK and Europe.  We will look to you to use your client contacts to generate new business opportunities beyond those to be found within the Ipsos network and generate commercial growth. In addition, we’ll look to you to raise the profile of Strategy3 whether that’s internally by showcasing our value-add expertise, or externally through publications and speaking engagements.

Your Day to Day

These are the types of things you can expect to be doing during your day to day, although as Ipsos is a dynamic organisation , this may vary as different opportunities arise: Day-to-day you can expect to be:

Directing and developing business across key clients / sectors

  • Establishing trusted-partner relationships with key clients – new and existing – positioning yourself as the go-to for strategic intelligence
  • Leading teams on high-profile proposals and pitches, bringing fresh thinking that ensures a distinctive perspective on the challenge
  • Overseeing key client deliverables, ensuring the highest quality and actionability
  • Designing and delivering stand-out client experiences across touchpoints

Coaching and developing team

  • Bringing your expertise to bear through leadership of growth practices within Strategy3
  • Directly managing 4-5 team members, providing career development support, coaching and being their champion within the business
  • Setting clear expectations and providing regular feedback and timely feedback to colleagues throughout the life of projects to support continuous learning and improvement

Designing the future

  • Working closely with the leadership team to build and deliver strategic plans across clients and sectors
  • Identifying white space and drawing on creativity and commercial sense to develop client-focused offers in market evaluation and go-to-market strategy
  • Raising the profile of Strategy3 through development of inspiring content and representation at industry events
  • Leaning in to Ipsos initiatives and networks to shape the direction of the wider business

This role offers hybrid working from our London office 3 days per week and the rest from home.

 

About You

The ideal candidate will bring a unique blend of both analytical and creative skills to bear on our client’s problems, our internal relationships across the Ipsos organisation and our changing industry.

Specifically, we’ll be looking for:

  • Extensive professional experience, with a focus on and passion for market strategy (market sizing, forecasting, go-to-market)
  • Strong business acumen and critical thinking skills
  • Proven track record of business development success
  • Existing portfolio of client relationships
  • Entrepreneurial scrappiness and ambition
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with team members at all levels
  • Commitment to coaching, growing and nurturing talent
  • Enormous personal impact and executive presence
