Job Title: Locum Tenens - Infectious Disease Physician

Requirements
- MD/DO Degree
- Board Eligible
- Licensed in Indiana State or IMLC
- BLS Certification Required
- Fellowship Status Required
- Required to Supervise Advance Practice Providers
- Cerner Preferred
