Hybrid Civil/Structural Package Owner / Bauleiter chez PM Group

PM Group is recruiting for an experienced Civil/Structural Package Owner / Bauleiter for a major pharmaceutical project near Frankfurt in Germany.

• Lead civil/structural package delivery from design through construction
• Act as Bauleiter with full site authority and responsibility
• Interface with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities
• Ensure GMP compliance throughout all phases
• Package management of civil/structural works
• Construction supervision and quality control
• Health & safety leadership on site
• Progress reporting and schedule management
• Technical problem solving and design coordination
• Stakeholder management and client liaison

• Bauleiter certification 
• Proven experience in pharma/GMP construction projects
• Strong knowledge of German building codes and regulations
• Civil/Structural engineering background
• Fluent German and English language skills
• Experience with package management in complex projects

Desirable:

• Previous work with international pharma companies
• Knowledge of EU GMP guidelines
• Project management certifications
• Experience with modular construction methods
