We’re seeking a Commercial Administrator to join our Commercial team based in Derby.

What you'll be doing:Reporting into the Regional Commercial Manager, you will support the Commercial team by managing a range of administrative tasks Responsibilities• Assist with cost management and analysis of project performance • Assist with the month end management accounts • Maintain detailed records of Client Purchase Orders, applications for payment and invoices• Raise and submit sales invoices• Co-ordinate sales ledger queries • Compile project handover pack and issue to Project Managers • Attend project handover meeting and take minutes• Upload the Portal and our internal systems • Setup CVR template for each new job• Input and process weekly timesheet data for submissionWho we’re looking for:To be successful you will have:
• Strong IT skills especially MS Word and Excel
• Previous administration experience
• Previous data entry experience and strong numerical skills
• A good communicator, able to deal confidently with a variety of people face-to- face, in writing and on the telephone
• Proven planning and organisation skills with the ability to prioritise workloads
