Position Summary

We’re looking for a highly organized, resourceful, and discreet Executive Assistant to support our Executive Leadership Team. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities, and is comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders across the organization.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to multiple executives, including calendar management, travel coordination, and      meeting logistics
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
  • Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Coordinate cross-functional meetings and events, including agenda preparation and follow-ups
  • Assist with expense reporting, invoice processing, and budget tracking
  • Support project tracking and follow-up on action items across leadership initiatives
  • Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
  • Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems before they arise

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably in a corporate or fast-growth environment
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Zoom, etc.)
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality
  • Comfortable working independently and managing competing priorities

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience supporting a C-suite or executive leadership team
  • Familiarity with board-level communications and investor relations
  • Strong judgment, adaptability, and a proactive mindset
  • A sense of urgency and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
