- Provide clear leadership, coaching, and support to the sales team
- Monitor daily performance and support the team in meeting sales and gross targets
- Work closely with the Client Advisors to drive F&I product performance and PVR
- Manage CRM follow-up processes, lead response, and customer appointment handling
- Help maintain a high standard for customer satisfaction and overall experience
- Assist in closing deals and improving close ratios on showroom traffic
- Coordinate training on sales process, product knowledge, and customer communication
- Oversee administrative tasks related to deal structure, paperwork, titles, and trade payoffs
- Ensure ethical and consistent presentation of finance and ancillary products
- Maintain staffing, scheduling, and performance reviews in partnership with leadership
- Address performance concerns in line with company expectations and policy
- Proven experience in dealership sales leadership or finance management
- Strong interpersonal and coaching skills
- Confident managing people, process, and performance
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of CDK or similar CRM/operating systems is preferred
- Clean driving record and strong character
- Available to work Saturdays
