E&M Technologies, Inc. is currently seeking a  Red Team Close Access Analyst  to join our team in Fort Belvoir, VA in support of the 1st Information Operations Command. 1st Information Operations Command provides relevant information support to the U.S. Army and all Military Forces around the world to synchronize information capabilities and prepare forces to resist adversary information warfare while providing specialized IO training to enable Army and Joint forces to achieve information advantage.  

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Assess physical security and Operations Security factors as they relate to information assurance and force protection through attempting to gain physical access to secure facilities  
  • Assess new technologies, software applications, and devices relevant to Information Operations  
  • Coordinate, facilitate, and develop training materials and products in accordance with Government-provided guidelines. 
  • Identifies, monitors, and assesses foreign intelligence efforts attempting collection of sensitive national security information on U.S. persons, activities, and interests, including threats posed by emerging technologies to U.S. operations and interests.  
  • Applies understanding of foreign intelligence capabilities / activities and U.S. and foreign partner CI capabilities and ITPs for in-depth analytic research and production of all-source CI studies and contributes to developing CI strategies.  
  • Conducts, develops, produces, and presents programs of instruction in specified collection operations TTPs, and related or supporting processes, relevant to the various human intelligence and technical intelligence operations under DoD authorities. 

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:  

  • HS diploma or GED and 7+ years of Military Intelligence experience or a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of Military Intelligence experience. 
  • DoD 8570 IAT Level I Certification such as Security+, A+, CCNA, CND, Network+, or SSCP Certification or a higher-level certification 
  • Experience coordinating, facilitating, and developing training materials and products in accordance with government-provided guidelines. 
  • Knowledge of physical security and Operations Security (OPSEC) factors as they relate to information assurance and force protection. 
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen. 
  • Must have and be capable of maintaining a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance at the appropriate level. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Certified Ethical Hacker or PenTest Qualified
  • Experience providing vulnerability assessments of computer systems, network architectures, policies and procedures, applications, or facilities. 
  • Experience creating or maintaining adversary emulation toolsets. 
  • Experience with Counterintelligence or Human Intelligence (HUMINT). 
  • Experience with photography. 
  • Knowledge of Red Teaming, penetration testing, or exploiting technical and human based security vulnerabilities.
