Responsibilities:
- Support cross-functional sales and marketing teams by managing diverse tasks, optimizing processes, and driving alignment across departments to improve operational effectiveness.
- Effectively and efficiently organizes and maintains records related to contacts, leads, meetings, follow-up tasks and client/campaign specific deliverables in various trackers including Microsoft Dynamics CRM, K-drive, HubSpot and any other tools as required.
- Proficient with MS Office and Sales Applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook. Gains proficiency with Dynamics 365 CRM, GlobalData, Zymewire, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, as applicable, and other sales tools, as applicable.
- Reviews the competitor environment and produces commercial rationale for various competitor product and service propositions.
- Design, set up, and execute personalized marketing campaigns using Dynamics 365 and HubSpot, including audience segmentation, email workflows, analytics tracking, and lead management.
- Researches potential leads and obtains additional information on clients or on the needs of partner organizations. Identifies commercial opportunities via industry insights, internet searches, analysts’ reports, etc. Represents MMS as a trusted partner to others. - Undertakes reach-outs via email and phone calls with prospects with the objective of setting up capabilities meeting with the field based sales team. Such reach outs will be based on templates and coaching from Line Manager, etc. on external communication.
- Identifies contacts/leads to match Ideal Client Profile (ICP) defined by Line Manage to support Account Based Marketing campaigns and targeted sales outreach
- Supports other tasks as required to further the goals of dynamic marketing and commercial team, including content, event management, and digital campaigns.
- This is a hybrid-based role, requiring you to be in the Bangalore office two days per week.
- College graduate in a Business-related discipline or related field/ experience.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Business Development or similar lead generation role in a Pharma, Biotech or CRO space, or similar field required.
- Proficiency with MS Office applications.
- Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools – HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics
- Experience with data enrichment tools – ZoomInfo, Zymewire etc.
- Hands-on experience with clinical trial and pharmaceutical development preferred.
- Good communication skills and willingness to work with others to clearly understand needs and solve problems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in US and UK/ Europe time zones for stakeholder meetings and reach-outs as far as possible.
- Good organizational skills and ability to work within set deadlines.
- Basic understanding of CROs and scientific & clinical data/ terminology, & the drug development process.
