About the team you are joining

Digital Identity is an all-IATA objective with theinformation and data division spearheading the industry transformation fromtraditional IAM solution to Digital Identity-based ones. The Digital Identityteam brings together industry facing and internal facing identity relatedactivities to foster collaboration and accelerate the transformation.
You will report to theHead of Digital Identity, Innovation and Identity Services in the technologydepartment of the Information and Data division. 

What your day would be like

•Assume position asthe IAM Operations Lead for the IAM platforms driving actual implementation,operations and managing escalations and incident response.
•Manage the outsourced IAM staffaugmentation and work with the Managed Service Provider's (MSP's) resources toensure deliverables are met within Service Level Agreements (SLA).
•Co-define IAM Operations’service levels, and metrics with IT system owners.
•Lead the development and implementation of the IAM services roadmap
•Analyze & report periodic IAMservice performance metrics. Monitor usage and manage metric reportingdemonstrating product effectiveness and value proposition.
•Augment production supportteam(s) to ensure sufficient coverage for current & futureIAM services.
•Ensure all process activities areperformed on time and with necessary quality 
•Prepare and maintaindocumentation including SOPs, runbooks, resiliency plans, incident responsematerials and SOP's for all IATA IAM Services.
•Troubleshoot and supportIAM tools such as SailPoint Identity Now andAzure AD B2C (now Entra External ID) and supporting applications/systems.Contribute to Directory Services trouble shooting.
•Prepare root cause analysis andpost mortem incident analysis reports.
•Educate stakeholders on the keycapabilities available through internal products and services meeting specificsecurity controls
•Drive adoption of the productsand build relationships to retain engagement throughout the life of the serviceoffering
•Lead response activitiesincluding working with business teams to report on status of servicerestoration activities.
•Continually improve the serviceoffering of the IAM team in charge of access provisioning 
•Gather product feedback fromstakeholders and vendors for collaboration with Service Owners, Architects, andEngineers on roadmaps
•Provide technology leadership anddirection to internal and outsourced IAM teams.
•Communicate effectively withmanagement as well as customers to identify needs and evaluate alternatetechnical solutions and strategies.
•Collaborate with business andtechnology staff to clarify user requirements, determine realistic projecttimeframes, and ensure that technology solution meets businessneeds.  
•Collaborate withIAM Delivery, Engineering, Security and Architecture teams to maintain anongoing IAM strategy aligned with IATA’s business objectives.
•Identify service improvementopportunities and collaborate with IT system owners for prioritization.
•Participate in audits and othercompliance assessment activities as needed to assist with meeting IATAcompliance deadlines.
•Work closely with business andapplication owners to analyze, configure and add new services as necessary.
•Maintain patches and upgrades ona regular basis, upgrade administrative tools and utilities.
•Coordinate with other supportteams to ensure issues impacting IAM systems are resolved quickly andeffectively.
•Coordinate with cyber securityteam(s) to ensure solution assurance and compliance to security policy,procedures, standards and baseline security configurations.
•Contribute to the assessmentand potential operationalization of decentralized digital identity based IAMsolutions.


We would love to hear from you if

University degree in Computer Science, ITsecurity or equivalent
Minimum 5year experience in IAM operation with SailPoint Identity Now (IDN) / Identity SecurityCloud (ISC) experience. Experience with the module “Non-Employee RiskManagement” would be a plus.
Experiencewith Azure AD B2C (now Entra External ID).
Strong communication skills including abilityto explain functional and strategic impact of technical choices.
A team player mindset in a multiculturalworking environment.
Knowledgeand experience with decentralized digital identity solutions is a plus
