What the job looks like 
Each day you’ll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:

  • Receiving Product Quality Complaints, collect information from complainants, analyze the investigation report, idenfiying if further actions (notification to Health Authorities, Recall, etc.) must be initiated
  • Recording and investigating Deviations and Events
  • Participate in preparation for GDP Audits and Inspections, monitoring applications of the Audits plans 
  • Ensure timely and thorough execution of CAPAs to address identified quality issues 
  • Redacting SOPs, support other departements if they need to review their SOPs,
  • Management of Change controls impacting Gallia, and/or the French affiliate
  • Following the KPIs, and monitoring, identification of trends
  • Revue des APR/PQR for all the portfolio of distributed products
  • Support the GDP activities for the French affiliate, within the cluster Gallia (France, Belgium, Luxemburg, Netherlands) and in Global Commercial Quality Assurance
  • Ensures GDP-Training for onboarded collaborators, and periodic training

 

What you’ll bring to the table 
To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:

  • 3-5 years experience minimum in GMPs/GDPs in pharmaceutical industry
  • Completed Pharmacist qualification, Registered as a pharmacist in Section B of the national register. 
  • Experience in improving GMP and GDP compliance
  • Business fluency in English and French
  • Very good knowledge in MS Office applications
