Duties
As a Supervisory International Trade Compliance Analyst, you will perform the following duties: Identifying issues, developing approaches and solving or supporting management in solving critical AD/CVD trade policy problems. Conducts administrative reviews and sunset reviews of existing and new AD/CVD orders; recommends revocation, termination or extension of existing AD/CVD orders; Participates in formulating, developing, implementing, and ensuring the effectiveness of agencies' policies with respect to the AD/CVD enforcement. This Job Opportunity Announcement may be used to fill other Supervisory International Trade Compliance Analyst GS-1801-15, FPL GS-15 positions within the Department of Commerce in the same geographical location with the same qualifications and specialized experience. Requirements
You must be a U.S. citizen to apply for this position. This position requires a SECRET: Any required investigations and clearances must be completed before the selectee can be placed in the position. Qualifications

Specialized experience is experience that has equipped the applicant with the particular competencies/knowledge, skills and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. This experience need not have been in the federal government. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations e.g., professional; philanthropic, religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies; knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. To qualify at the GS- 15 level: SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: You must possess one full year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 level in the Federal service. Specialized experience is defined as: Analyzing petitions submitted by domestic manufacturers, producers, and trade associations alleging unfair trading practices; and Conducting AD/CVD investigations resulting from such petitions during which the practices of foreign businesses and governments are queried and investigated; and Issuing orders subjecting imports to offsetting duties when dumping or subsidization and injury is found; and Conducting administrative reviews and sunset reviews of existing and new AD/CVD orders; recommends revocation, termination, or extension of existing AD/CVD orders; and Preparing instructions to the U.S. Customs and Border Patrol regarding the collection of duties on outstanding orders.
