About the Department
EXAMINATION SCHEDULE
- Oral exam date will be announced five (5) days prior to the examination.
Examination:
Oral Exam (Weight 100%): Will be conducted for the purpose appraising the applicant's training, education, experience, interest and personal fitness for the position.
Applicants must attain at least a 70% score on each phase of the examination process.
Minimum Qualifications / Employment Standards:High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent, AND five years of responsible experience performing administrative work; at least two years of experience must be directly related to facilities coordination; OR Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree in Business or Management or closely related field, AND one year of responsible experience performing duties related to facilities coordination; OR an equivalent combination of education, training and experience sufficient to obtain the knowledge and skill to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
Possession of a valid Class C California driver's license is required upon appointment. Incumbent must have the ability to travel to designated locations and availability for emergency response.
