Job Description:Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Supervisor to lead production operations, manage resources, and ensure the on-time delivery of high-quality products. This role will serve as the main point of contact for customers, oversee scheduling and productivity, and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage subcontracted activities to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
- Act as the focal point for the customer, providing daily updates.
- Oversee schedules, productivity, and quality targets.
- Pilot workload and capacity planning, setting priorities as needed.
- Manage resources, training programs, and employee qualifications.
- Prepare monthly reports based on customer requirements.
- Coordinate handovers between team supervisors.
- Initiate and manage continuous improvement activities.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in leading and coordinating meetings across multiple interfaces.
- Strong background in lean manufacturing and team management.
- Proficiency in Alstom processes, procedures, and IT tools/software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
