Salary Range:
$59,000 – $62,000 annually (DOE)
Position Summary:
The Tradeshow & Event Dispatch Supervisor oversees and coordinates the activities of the local driver crew for tradeshow and event freight within the Las Vegas area. This role requires hands-on leadership, strong decision-making under pressure, and the ability to supervise a dynamic, fast-paced dispatch operation with frequent schedule changes and tight deadlines.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Supervise, coordinate, and dispatch drivers for tradeshow and event loads, including last-minute assignments and weekend work during peak seasons.
- Direct driver activities to ensure on-time, safe, and professional service.
- Communicate with drivers throughout the day to monitor progress, solve problems, and adjust schedules as needed.
- Liaise with customers, sales, and operations staff regarding load status, scheduling, and special requirements.
- Maintain accurate dispatch records, documentation, and load tracking.
- Evaluate driver performance, provide feedback, and recommend training or corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with the Branch Manager to improve efficiency and service quality.

Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of tradeshow knowledge or industry experience.
- Minimum 1 year of dispatch experience, preferably in a supervisory or lead role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a high-pressure, time-critical environment.
- Proficient computer skills (TMS experience a plus).
- Flexibility to work early mornings, late evenings, and weekends during busy show seasons.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
