Hybrid .5 FTE Title I Literacy and Numeracy Teacher chez Kearsarge Regional School District

Acting in support of classroom teachers and Literacy & Numeracy Specialists, the Title I Literacy & Numeracy Teacher provides independent targeted supplemental instruction and support to qualifying elementary students to improve literacy and numeracy related competency. Working solely with students qualifying for Title 1 literacy and numeracy intervention services, this teacher develops and implements intervention strategies to help close achievement gaps and assesses the students’ academic growth through the use and reporting of focused progress monitoring data.  This position requires collaboration with classroom teachers, administrators, and parents/guardians to supplement Tier 1 instruction, and to develop and facilitate parental involvement and support in their student’s academic achievement.  

• Positon is contingent on Federal Funds
• Position is for the 25/26 school year and is a .5 FTE Position
• Schedule to be determined based on program needs and candidate's availability
• Applicant must hold appropriate NH DOE Endorsement
• Chosen candidate must successfully pass a background check
