Position Summary:

The National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented intern to support the execution of the Media Partner Program for NAB Show and NAB Show New York. This program is built on barter agreements between NAB and industry media outlets, exchanging promotional support in return for marketing value at our shows. You will be responsible for coordinating fulfillment tasks, tracking deliverables, managing shared assets and communicating with partners to ensure a smooth and professional experience. 

The internship will begin in September 2025 to align with key planning milestones. The primary focus will be supporting the media partner program. You will work closely with internal marketing and creative teams, our agency and external media partners to ensure all promised assets are delivered, tracked and executed on time. 

Other Duties & Responsibilities Include:

Fulfillment and Execution 

  • Coordinate and track delivery of all GETS and GIVES items outlined in barter agreements such as print and digital ads, banners, signage and other materials.
  • Upload partner-provided assets to shared folders with proper version control and naming conventions.
  • Gather artwork and deliverables from internal teams and ensure alignment with partner specs and deadlines.
  • Ensure deliverables are sent on time and in full to media partners.
  • Liaise with the creative team for ad development and routing for review and revisions as needed.

Tracking and Documentation 

  • Maintain fulfillment tracking sheets for GETS and GIVES, source codes and performance benchmarks.
  • Keep media partner records updated and organized for cross-team reference.
  • Follow up with partners to confirm receipt of materials or collect missing specs, links or files.

Communication and Coordination 

  • Respond to media partner inquiries and route internally for production, approvals or scheduling.
  • Work with social and web teams to ensure assets go live on schedule.
  • Coordinate with onsite vendors.

Marketing Support as Available 

  • Assist with organization of digital assets and campaign deliverables.
  • Support email list formatting or contact verification projects.
  • Conduct research to support audience development or media planning.
  • Participate in internal reviews of ad creative, copy or page layouts.

Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required. Must be a recent graduate or currently actively pursuing bachelor’s degree in related field of marketing and/or media relations.
  • Must be available to work at least a 20-hour work week Monday – Friday, from September to December 19, 2025.
  • Highly organized and able to manage detailed tracking.
  • Strong communication skills written and verbal. 
  • Familiar with Google Docs, Sheets and Drive plus basic Excel


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Interest in media, marketing or live events.
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Acrobat or reviewing creative materials is a plus.

 Work Location and Schedule:
This position is eligible for NAB's Hybrid Work Schedule of three days in the D.C. office each week.
