Who we need:
We are looking for a qualified, motivated, and experienced Resident Service Coordinator to assist elderly residents to maintain successful tenancies and improve their quality of life. This is an on-site opportunity, requiring the employee to work 5 days per week in our Allentown, PA location.
What you’ll do:
- Respond to resident inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Facilitate communication between residents and property management
- Assist residents with service requests and follow up to ensure satisfaction
- Develop and maintain relationships with local service providers
- Monitor and report on resident satisfaction and feedback
- Collaborate with team members to improve resident services and experiences
- Manage and update resident database with contact details and preferences
- Tracks resident referrals to community programs and other outcome measurements that show program impact.
- Builds a sense of community by providing programs and activities that engage residents and promote socialization.
- Creates monthly calendar and property newsletter with input from Property Manager and other staff as required.
- The RSC will act the liaison between residents and management, community-based agencies, and/or regional government entities while keeping information confidential.
- Provide required reports to managing agencies.
What we’re looking for:
- Prior experience preferred in an upscale residence or hotel environment.
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive attitude with a desire to provide the highest level of service to residents and guests.
- Willingness to work as part of a close team to achieve and exceed goals
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- We are seeking a dedicated Resident Services Coordinator to provide exceptional services to our residents.
- The Resident Services Coordinator will be responsible for delivering programs to residents, addressing their queries and concerns, coordinating community events, and ensuring overall resident satisfaction.
- The ideal candidate should be a strong communicator, have excellent organization skills, and be committed to enhancing the quality of life for our residents.
- Bi-lingual preferred but not a deal breaker.
