Key Responsibilities:
Review and "scrub" car deals for accuracy, completeness and compliance before final posting
Posting new and used car deals into the DMS
Verifying all required documents are present
Check for correct pricing, gross profit, rebates, reserve, trade in values, and lienholder information.
Work closing with sales, F&I and title clerks to resolve deal discrepancies or missing paper work.
