SUMMARY
The Title III Resource Coordinator provides administrative and programmatic support to the Office of Title III Programs, including coordination of all Title III grant-funded activities, compliance tracking, and project monitoring. The position also provides direct support to the Director and serves as a liaison between internal stakeholders and grant activity leaders to ensure efficient and effective implementation of program initiatives. This position is 100% grant funded.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
• Monitor all Title III grant-funded initiatives to ensure compliance with federal regulations and institutional guidelines.
• Maintain accurate financial records and assist with fiscal management of grant funds.
• Prepare and assist with internal and federal reports, including data gathering and budget reporting.
• Assist with providing training and technical assistance to Title III Activity Directors on internal procedures and federal grant requirements.
• Develop and maintain electronic and paper filing systems; create and update tracking databases.
• Assist in preparing and managing the departmental budget; run periodic budget reports.
• Draft routine correspondence; edit and format official communications, reports, and presentations.
• Coordinate scheduling, travel arrangements, and event logistics for Title III-related activities.
• Act as a liaison between the Director, campus community, and external agencies, providing information as needed.
• Support the Director during audits and grant compliance reviews.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the goals of the Title III program.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Administrative, program coordination, or grant support experience, preferably in a college or university setting.
• At least one year of experience supporting or managing grant-funded programs is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with faculty, staff, students, government agencies, foundations, and community stakeholders.
