Collaborates with the EASE and Employee Navigator Benefits Team. Works as an integral part of the Administration and Service departments and provides data entry and support using the EASE Benefits and HR software.
Responsibilities
- Perform data entry for membership adds, terms, and changes in multiple online benefits enrollment systems and by email submissions to carriers
- Phone and email communication to verify enrollments
- Communication with carrier client care advocates or company client services management to solve enrollment type issues
- Gather, analyze, and enter data to prepare benefit guides for clients
- Prepare open enrollment reports from EASE to submit to carriers.
- Stays informed through training on the EASE and Employee Navigator transition to better assist clients.
- Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-year experience in Health Insurance industry and / or group benefits field
- Ability to operate both independently and in a team setting
- Ability to establish and follow up on tasks
- Must have a client service mentality with ability to follow established processes
- Ability to type 35-40 wpm w/knowledge of Windows based computer systems, including Word, Excel and Outlook
- High ability to multi-task, is a team player
- Possess excellent communication skills, is flexible and collaborative
- Good organizational, follow up, follow through and time management skills.
- High school graduate and some college
Compensation:
- Pay Range * $25.5 - $27.5 per hour
- Actual compensation may vary from posting based on work experience, education, and/or skill level.
