Site Counselor – School-Based Youth Prevention & Treatment
📍 Windward Oʻahu | 💼 Full-Time, In-Person | 💰 $60,000–$65,000/year
Hina Mauka Teen CARE is hiring a Site Counselor to provide in-person, school-based prevention and treatment services to adolescents. Make a meaningful impact in your community while working with a supportive, mission-driven team.
What You’ll Do
- Provide individual, group, and family counseling
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and create treatment plans
- Deliver classroom prevention lessons and community presentations
- Coordinate referrals and case management
- Collaborate with school and community partners
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral health field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience with youth or substance use services preferred
- Must pass a background check and have a valid driver’s license
