We are looking for motivated and communicative Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representatives (m/f/d) to support our customer service team - 100% from home. Location: 100% remote | Hours per week: 20 - 40 h
Working hours: Monday to Friday between 10:00 AM and 06:05 PM, Saturday between 09:00 AM and 01:00 PM
Salary: 2.423 - 2.623 €/month at 40h/week (Fixed salary € 2.223/month + Language Bonus € 200/month + Performance Bonus up to € 200/month)

Your new tasks:
- Damage assessment of defective electronic devices of our Dutch-speaking customers by telephone and e-mail
- Increasing customer satisfaction by processing inquiries quickly and competently
- Review of the submitted claims for damages
What you bring with you:
- Fluency in Dutch (C2-level) and English (B2-level)
- Commercial and technical affinity regarding the internet and phone calls
- PC literacy
- Previous customer service experience preferable
- Willing to work flexible hours as the job demands ability to work on owns initiative and under pressure to meet deadlines
- Willingsness to learn and eagerness learn
- Enthusiasm for working in a modern office and using the latest technologies
- Empathetic and socially competent personality
