Evening Associate | Second Shift | Covington, KY

We are seeking an Evening Associate to support its men’s homeless shelter and recovery program. This role is dedicated to meeting the spiritual, physical, and emotional needs of the community through shelter, meals, recovery programs, and compassionate outreach. The Evening Associate is responsible for implementing rules, regulations, policies, and ministry efforts during evening hours, ensuring the safety, order, and smooth operation of the shelter while maintaining a supportive and respectful environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and check in individuals for meals and shelter services (including clothing vouchers, showers, and laundry)
  
• Maintain accurate records
  
• Assist with evening programs and coordinate with volunteers
  
• Monitor common areas, ensuring safety and adherence to rules
  
• Secure the building and oversee facility cleanliness
  
• Store, monitor, and request building supplies as needed
  
• Maintain a calm, respectful, and supportive presence at all times

Requirements:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent life experience
• Ability to remain calm and confident in all situations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Must pass a background check and drug screening

Schedule:

4:00pm-10:00pm Monday-Friday

Pay:

$16/hr paid weekly
