Hybrid Director of Technical Support chez National Coatings & Supplies Inc

National Coatings & Supplies Inc is looking for an experienced Director of Technical Support to join our team. In this role you will have oversight of all sales activities in the regional area in relationship to MSO operators. You will build and maintain relationships with customers that will represent the majority of the sales volume. You will promote and champion the achievement of all NCS Corporate objectives and Goals. Responsibilities will include the development of key business accounts including Multi-Shop Owners (MSO) as well as other strategic accounts in the Fleet and Industrial segments.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for improving company sales and profits through coordinating efforts to gain MSO business.
• Develop strategic MSO targets, with VP Strategic Accounts for each applicable area.
• Establish and implement goals, objectives, and procedures as necessary.
• Develop strategic relationships to assist in identifying and procuring MSO targets.
• Meet all time sensitive requests (Meeting, Reports, Conference Call, Webinars, etc.).
• Be an expert and champion of the NCS brand promise.
• Maintain active communication with Corporate Management as well as Regional Vice President's.
• Travel by vehicle and air.
• Assist with other duties/departments as needed.

Qualifications and requirements

• 10 Years of sales experience with a proven record of achieving objectives and overcoming objections.
• Business management skills, computer skills and math ability are essential.
• Necessary traits include accountability, adaptability, assertiveness, autonomy, business acumen, oral and written communication. Customer oriented, decision making, ethical, initiative, interpersonal, good judgement, team and relationship building.
• Working knowledge of MS Word, Powerpoint, and Excel.
