Hybrid Accounting Intern chez Stellant Systems

Job Title: Accounting Intern

Job Location: Melville, NY 

Salary: $20.00-$22.00/hr 

• Process Accounts Payable vouchers
• Verify timecards and time sheets weekly for payroll
• Process cash receipts
• Assist with Accounts Receivable

• Must be finance and/or accounting major at an accredited college/university
• At least a 3.0 GPA in major required
• Must be able available to work at least 15-20 hours per week throughout the year
• Must be entering junior or senior year and have taken basic Accounting and/or Finance courses
• Advanced Excel required (vlookups, pivot tables, etc.)
• Needs to be self-driven to look for improvements in processes
