The Cancer Program is dedicated to advancing cancer research and treatment through innovative and systematic approaches. The initiative aims to comprehensively map cancer vulnerabilities using functional genomics and other high-throughput screening methods. This effort seeks to identify optimal therapeutic targets for cancer treatment. DepMap has established the DepMap Consortium, a collaboration with leading pharmaceutical and biotech companies, to collectively build this pre-clinical resource. Additionally, DepMap is a key leader in PedDep, an initiative focused on accelerating target discovery for childhood cancers. We are seeking a highly motivated Scientist with expertise in CRISPR-based functional genomics and a proven background in managing high-throughput laboratory operations. This individual will play a pivotal leadership role in overseeing our internal screening and profiling platform, encompassing both scientific execution and daily lab management.
