TITLE:                                       TECHNOLOGY FIELD TECHNICIAN                                                                                                                  
 
QUALIFICATIONS:                    1.      High school diploma or equivalent.
                                                   2.      Excellent work ethic.
                                                   3.      Excellent skills in communication, personal relations, and supporting multiple operating systems.
                                                   4.      Experience supporting web-based applications.
                               
REPORTS TO:                         Lead Field Technician
 
JOB GOALS:                           To provide technical support for the instructional and administrative needs of
                                                   buildings and the District.
 
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Provides technical support for instructional hardware and software operation.
2. Troubleshoots instructional hardware and/or software and performs or arranges for repairs.
3. Performs routine installation and configuration of technology hardware and software.
4. Assists staff in managing instructional software systems.
5. Assists in enforcing procedures and policies regarding the use of technology hardware and software.
6. Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Technology.
