Responsibilities:

Join our dynamic Human Resources team and play a vital role in building a high-performing, mission-driven pediatric outpatient care staff. We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to support our recruitment and hiring processes, from conducting phone screens and interviews to coordinating credentialing and onboarding. This role also supports proactive hiring strategies, student placement, and recruitment event coordination.
