Description
Park Place Student Housing Apartments is now hiring for a Maintenance Technician.
Responsibilities:
- Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner
- Paint and pick up grounds
- Painting
- Resolve maintenance issues in the area of electrical, sheetrock repairs, plumbing and appliance repair
- Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements
- Cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas
- Provide residents with outstanding customer service
Requirements
- At least 2 plus years of onsite experience
- Possess valid Identification
- Full Time Position
- Knowledge of drywall repair, painting, plumbing, electrical, general maintenance repairs required
