Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities
 Act and think first of the client and their experience, you have an in-depth knowledge
of the desires, needs and expectations of clients
 Welcome and assist each client providing an excellent in-store experience at all
times
 Be a master at storytelling and at the art of asking engaging questions
 Create a long-term authentic bond with clients by making them feel the experience is
truly about them
 Deal effectively with customer complaints by liaising with the line manager when
necessary.
 Demonstrate active leadership on the selling floor, to drive individual and team
objectives and be accountable for sales results
 Be proactively engaged in cross selling with all Departments and maximizes sales
opportunity in order to achieve individual sales target and KPIs.
 Prove Brand and product knowledge
 Manage payment operations including return, refund, remote sales, tax-free in a
punctual and accurate manner
 Ensure and maintain the shop floor and visual display high standard, complying with
 Company operational guidelines and stock procedures.
 Contribute to ensure a high level of security and is attentive to prevent product thefts,
including tagging garments and merchandise on the floor
 Think innovatively about how we can improve and generate new ways, be up-to-date
with new fashion trends and competitors
 Develop and nurture meaningful and loyal client relationships through personal
connections and CRM initiatives
 Manage and drive sales by understanding client desires and create a hand-crafted
experience for the client to achieve the best sales performance

Qualifications:

 Previous experience in sales roles; Experience in structured Fashion Luxury/Retail
 Companies is a plus;
 Passionate in Retail , Client service and commercial mindset;
 Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity;
 Strong communication skills ;
 Willingness evolve in the organization, willingness to relocate is a plus;
 Digitally aware and open to new ways of working
