What You’ll DoCustomer Interaction:
- Greet customers and staff in a friendly, professional manner.
Vehicle Inspection & Delivery:
- Verify receipt of new vehicles and match invoices to serial numbers.
- Inspect for damage and confirm listed accessories.
- Record discrepancies on delivery receipts.
Inventory Management:
- Assign stock numbers and securely store vehicle keys.
Lot & Premises Maintenance:
- Keep the lot and facilities clean and organized (sweep, mop, empty garbage, etc.).
- Remove litter and maintain a presentable environment.
Vehicle Care:
- Wash and vacuum newly sold vehicles before delivery.
- Maintain stored vehicles (protect tires, battery, finish, etc.).
Driving & Delivery:
- Drive and deliver dealer trades as needed.
- Ensure timely and organized movement of vehicles on the lot.

Time Off & Holidays
Paid Time Off (PTO):
o Accrual begins on your first day.

o Accrual schedule:
0–2 years: 1 hour per 40 hours worked
3–10 years: 1.53 hours per 40 hours worked
10+ years: 2.30 hours per 40 hours worked
Paid Holidays: Hourly employees receive six paid holidays per year.

- Clear and Valid Driver's License
- Ability to follow directions
- Ability to drive manual and automatic transmission
- Ability to work with little to no direction

- Clean driving record
