As a Project Manager at Valiantys, you will be a key player in orchestrating and delivering these transformative projects to our clients. Are you ready to lead and transform teamwork with Atlassian tools.
Responsibilities:
* Project Leadership: Take ownership of end-to-end project management, leveraging Agile principles, from initiation to closure, ensuring objectives are met with excellence, timelines are adhered to, and project budgets are actively monitored and controlled.
* Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships. Understand their needs, communicate progress, and manage expectations.
* Team Coordination: Assemble and lead cross-functional teams, including developers, consultants, and other specialists, to ensure smooth project execution.
* Scope Management: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
* Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate resources, monitor progress, and adapt as needed to meet project goals.
* Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
* Quality Assurance: Ensure the final product meets and exceeds quality standards through meticulous testing and validation.
* Sales Support: Collaborate with Sales and Delivery Managers to develop high-quality Statements of Work (SoWs), proposals, and other commercial documentation. Contribute to deal shaping by providing delivery insights and risk identification to support successful and profitable engagements.
Technical Expertise:
* Develop a deep understanding of our technology stack and solutions to facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, records, and reports.
